At Manorella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning products purchased from our website.


1. Right to Cancel (EU/EEA & UK Customers)

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product(s), without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., bedding once opened)

    • Clearance or final sale items (where stated at purchase)


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping costs (original delivery charges) are generally non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Delivery Delays

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–24 business days, depending on destination and courier handling. Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify as grounds for an automatic refund.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
