All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw items from sale or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details.

Customers outside Scandinavia may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. These costs, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to customers in the UK, United States, Scandinavia, and other supported regions.
Standard delivery times typically range from 7 to 24 business days, depending on the destination and external factors such as customs clearance or courier delays.
Any delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Returns and Refunds

We comply with consumer protection laws and aim to ensure a fair return process:

EU/EEA & UK Customers: You are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, during which you may cancel your order without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Certain items (such as personalized, hygiene-related, or non-returnable products) may be exempt from returns in accordance with applicable law.
Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
